Our designs and intellectual property

All designs, concepts, sketches, renders, 3D models, photographs, text and other content on this site are owned by Fracture Studios Ltd or used with permission, unless stated otherwise.

Nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to use our designs or content. Concept work shown here remains our intellectual property. It may not be copied, adapted, manufactured or used as reference for products without a written agreement with us.

Client brands and trademarks

Client names, logos and trademarks shown on this site belong to their respective owners. They are shown only to identify work we have carried out, and their appearance doesn't mean those companies endorse this site.

Where client work is shown, it's published with permission or under the terms of the relevant agreement.

Working with us

Enquiries and calls. Sending a message through the contact form or booking a call doesn't create a contract or commit either of us to any work.

Proposals and agreements. Design work only starts once we have both agreed a written proposal or agreement setting out the scope, deliverables, fees, timings and ownership of the work. That agreement governs the project. If it conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes priority.

Information on this site. Descriptions of our services and process are a general guide only. They are not an offer to supply work at a particular price or on particular terms.

Invoices and payment. We issue invoices through this site or by email. Payment is due by the date on the invoice. We accept bank transfer, which we prefer for larger amounts, and card payments through Squarespace Payments. We never ask for card details by email or phone.

Late payment. Unless your agreement says otherwise, we may charge interest and compensation on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Ownership of commissioned work. Rights in work we create for you transfer only as set out in your agreement, and only once the related invoices have been paid in full. Until then, all rights remain with Fracture Studios Ltd.

Our liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

The content on this site is for general information. We aren't liable for any loss arising from reliance on it, or from your use of the site, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit liability. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and fraud.

This site may link to other websites, such as Instagram, Behance, LinkedIn and Calendly. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
